This amazing pocket-sized inkjet printer is being developed by ZUtA Labs Ltd.
Despite the rise in popularity of smartphones, tablets and cheap light-weight laptops & netbooks, inkjet printers have remained a desk-bound piece of hardware. Former students of the Jerusalem College of Technology have come up with a possibly revolutionary piece of kit and have set up a KickStarter campaign to try and raise funds for the project.
The tiny teardrop shaped printer from Zuta Labs prints wirelessly by rolling on wheels directly on top of a sheet of paper, this system allows the paper to be any size required rather than being restricted to the usual A4 size prints of today’s home printers.
Available in black, white or a limited edition KickStarter model, this printer certainly seems to be one to watch and really could change the future of inkjet printing.
